You may request deletion of personal data stored in Xurcun Customer AI and CRM, or withdraw marketing consent.
Send your request to info@xurcun.az. Use “Data deletion” in the subject line.
Include your WhatsApp number or Instagram username and what data you want deleted. For security, we may ask for additional verification.
After verification, contact details in the CRM profile are deleted and marketing messages stop. Limited legal, accounting, and security records may be retained for the period required by law.
WhatsApp and Instagram message text is not sent to analytics systems and is not used for marketing without consent.
